![]() ![]() How can big data and analytics solve the challenges faced by modern telecoms providers?.This eBook answer the following questions: Analytics and Big Data, Solutions for TelcosĪn outline of the analytics processes telcos should implement, to benefit from the tremendous amounts of data available to them. This special report will demonstrate that Ubuntu 16.04 LTS offers the necessary, proven reliability, while also offering supported kernel choices that enhance the efficiency of VNF operations and functions. There are flexibility and economic benefits of using general purpose software for function-specific applications, but as VNFs are mission critical services in a telco infrastructure, certain key, determining factors should be kept in mind when selecting an operating system to host them. This union makes performance and support of core operating system components, like the kernel, the foundational metrics of success. The individual components of NFV, known as Virtualised Networks Functions (VNFs), are critically tied to a general purpose operating system, as opposed to being integrated into application-specific devices. Recently, Network Functions Virtualisation (NFV) has taken root in the production environments of telecoms operators. Kindly note that this is expected and it is a change we made with our new version because many users wanted this change. I was not happy with the implemented change to and informed PCloud about this and received the following response: Thank you for contacting pCloud's Support. Been with pCloud for almost 6 years now too.Įdit 2: Link to all pCloud application releases for Windows (you can get v4.0.1 there): If I don't see a reversion of those 2 annoying patch notes in the next release ('The app will always start open' and 'Added notification when the app is minimized') or at least a toggle to disable them, I'm done with pCloud. I gotta say though, if pCloud is going to start pulling this crap, I'm done with them. I've always loved pCloud up until these annoyances started to appear.Įdit: I was able to uninstall the app, then reinstall v4.0.1 and the app now works like it did before without all these annoyances. Same for the new Windows notification every time you minimize the application.
